Refund and revision policy

24-hour delivery guarantee

Every fixed-price project (logo animation, ads, product and UI animation, launch videos, explainers, website and Lottie animation, and the pilot) is delivered as a complete video within 24 hours. The clock starts when payment has arrived and you have approved the brief, or the script for pieces that tell a story, or the script and recorded voiceover for explainers. Each included revision round also comes back within 24 hours. If we miss either deadline for a reason on our side, you pay nothing for that project and any deposit is refunded in full. The clock pauses while we wait for your feedback or assets, for changes of scope and for events beyond our reasonable control. Revisions

Every fixed-price project includes two revision rounds, except the pilot, which has one. YouTube episodes include one round. A round is one consolidated list of changes. Small fixes such as typos or color swaps never count as a round. Extra rounds cost $99 on pieces up to 30 seconds and $290 on longer videos. Changes to an already approved script or style are quoted as new work.

Deposits and refunds

Projects of $1,000 or more start with a 50% deposit, and the rest is due on approval of the final cut. Smaller projects and pilots are paid in full up front. If you cancel before we start, we refund your payment minus a 10% administration fee. Once work has started, deposits are non-refundable because they cover time already reserved and spent, except when we miss the 24-hour guarantee. If we cannot start or finish your project for a reason on our side, you get a full refund for the undelivered part.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time by email. You pay for work completed up to that point and receive the files made so far. Retainers can be paused or cancelled before the next billing date.
