How our 24-hour guarantee works

The short version: on every fixed-price project you get the complete video within 24 hours of approval and payment. If we are late for a reason on our side, you pay nothing for that project and any deposit is refunded in full.

When the clock starts

The clock starts when payment has arrived and you have approved the step that fits your project:

• Logo animation, ads, product and UI animation, website and Lottie animation, pilot: the brief.
• Launch videos and any piece that tells a story: the script.
• Explainers with professional voiceover: the script and the recorded voiceover.

We confirm the start time by email, so you know the exact deadline.

What you get in 24 hours

The complete video: fully designed and animated, with music and sound, at final resolution. Not an animatic, not a storyboard, not a sketch. It may carry a small watermark until the balance is paid.

Revisions

Two rounds are included, one on the pilot. Send one consolidated list of changes and the revised video is back within 24 hours, under the same guarantee.

What pauses the clock

The clock pauses while we wait on you: missing logos, screens, copy or answers we need to keep going. A change of scope, such as a new script, a new style or extra length, is quoted separately and gets its own 24-hour deadline. Events beyond our reasonable control are covered in our terms. If the clock pauses, we tell you in writing right away.

What it does not cover

YouTube episodes, monthly retainers and the dedicated animator are priced per client and run on a schedule we agree with you, with a fixed delivery time for each episode or task.

How it is possible

One senior motion designer owns your project from brief to delivery, with a library of rigs, transitions and sound built for exactly this and several render machines behind it. No account managers, no handoffs. And because we are in Prague, feedback you send in your afternoon is worked on while you sleep.
